Industrial-organizational psychologists

Specialized in the human factor, industrial-organizational psychologists can perform various tasks (see below) aimed at improving the functioning of organizations by easing the adaptation process of individuals to their work environment.

Indeed, any difficulty encountered by individuals when they try to adapt to their work environment increases, in the organization, the risk of emergence of certain dysfunctions such as delays, errors, accidents, absenteeism ...

It is therefore important for the company to facilitate this adaptation process and industrial-organizational psychologists, thanks to their training, can help by acting at several levels, such as:

        • Organization and working conditions

        • Individual factors (skills, motivations, stress, work experience, behaviors ...)

        • The terms of HRM and management ...

Industrial-organizational psychologists can also help the professional insertion of people in search of employment or mobility: a mastery of the psychological mechanisms (attitudes, motivations, skills, representations ...), coupled with their knowledge of the business world, enables them to facilitate the elaboration and implementation of realistic and adapted integration projects.
